Noise Off fully respect your rights to privacy in regards to any information we are provided or obtain about our members. If you have questions about Noise Off privacy policy, or concerns about personal information you have supplied to Noise Off please e-mail privacy@noiseoff.org.nz

Use of Information

In order for Noise Off to pursue it's purpose and thereby indirectly help it's members we may require you to provide certain information to us. Common items may include, but are not limited to, your name, address, phone number and credit card number. By providing this information to Noise Off you agree to allow us to utilize this information to complete your requests.

You may request a copy of this information and ask for any errors to be corrected.

E-mail Addresses

Noise Off do not rent, swap, loan or sell e-mail addresses to third parties.

Mailing List Membership

If you have joined the Noise Off mailing list you are agreeing that we may send you information concerning the trust's activities using either the e-mail or the mailing addresses you have provided. If you no longer wish to receive these updates or you wish to unsubscribe from the Noise Off mailing list please e-mail maillist@noiseoff.org.nz

Security

Noise Off has a number of technological and operational security functions in place to protect the confidentiality of personal information. Even though every care is taken to protect all sensitive information it must be recognized that a perfect and impenetrable security system does not exist anywhere not even on the Internet.

Personal and payment information that you submit to Noise Off may often be encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Cookies

Noise Off may send your computer a "cookie," a small file that resides on your computer's hard drive. Cookies can allow Noise Off to make our Website more useful to you. Cookies can not identify an individual user, although they can identify a user's computer. You may choose to set your browser's option to "not to accept cookies" although if you do you may not be able to access all of the features of the Noise Off site.
